These are your tasks

Management of a team of five colleagues on a construction site
Compliance with safety at work
Performance and coordination of dismantling and installation work, particularly involving separation cutting, flame cutting, bolts and rivets, electric welding
Communication with the customer on site
Coordination of different tradespeople and suppliers
Construction site documentation

What you bring with you

Training as a construction mechanic, construction technician, industrial mechanic, metalworker or similar
Professional experience in heavy metalworking (experience in hydraulic engineering, hydraulic steel structures or similar desirable)
Some experience of managing small teams as a site manager (desirable)
Willingness to work on site (Mon–Fri)
Knowledge of welding (shielded metal arc welding) an advantage
Familiarity with technical drawings
Good German skills
Ability to work independently
Valid driving licence (at least German Class B)
